Technical Consoles [FR]

From the Cloud Customer Space, it is possible to access the following Orange Cloud Avenue Technical consoles

  • Backup Console
  • Shared storage
  • VCloud Director Technical Console

Prerequisites

  • The Client has valid access to the Cloud Customer Space. If that is not the case, The Client follows instructions in the Cloud Customer Space to reset the login credentials.
  • For the Backup: The Client has a login user account (different from the Cloud Customer Space)
  • For Shared Storage: The Client has a login user account (different from the Cloud Customer Space)
  • For VCD: The Client has a user account with user login rights on VCD (same login as the Cloud Customer Space, it is an SSO account)

Access to the Technical Consoles

  1. Log in to the Customer Cloud Space [LINK]
  2. Select the Dashboard tab
  3. In the list of contracts, select the Offer
  4. In the Infrastructure Detail section select Access To Consoles

Console Backup:

  1. The Client accesses the backups of VMs via the NSS Technical Portal (Netbackup Self-Service)
  2. Attention: Login / passwords are managed via local Netbackup accounts on the NSS console

VCloud Director technical portal:

  1. The Client accesses the VCloud Director technical portal
  2. Attention: The login/ passwords are the same as the Cloud Customer Space logins (SSO connection)
  3. The Client must have the rights to connect to the VCloud Director portal

Shared Storage:

  1. The Client accesses the portal Network Storage Management Portal
  2. Attention: Login / passwords are the same as for local VCD accounts
