Contract Reference [FR]

Overview

The Contract Referent is the “Super User” user of the contract including managing the Roles and User Rights of the contract.

Prerequisites

• The Client has valid access to the Cloud Customer Space.
• The Client understands the management of Rights and User Roles of the organization

Change of Contract Reference

1. Log in to the Customer Cloud Space
2. Select the Dashboard tab
3. Select the contract in the contract list section
4. Select Modify in the Contract reference field

In the new window

1. The Client selects from the list the name of the new Referent for the contract.
2. The new Referent will become the new “Super User” of the contract.
3. An email will be sent to The Client.

Please note !

The selected user must first exist in The Client’s organization’s list of users. If it is not The Client creates it.
