Change Support Level [FR]

At any time The Client can change the support level to Bronze, Silver or Gold.

Prerequisites

  • The Client has valid access to the Cloud Customer Space. If that is not the case The Client follows instructions in the Cloud Customer Space to reset the login credentials.
  • The Client understands the offers of the support levels on the service description / Support and coaching
  • The Client understands the pricing grid

Change support level (Bronze, Silver, Gold)

The Contract Referent accesses the Customer Cloud Space.

  1. Log in to l’espace Client Cloud
  2. Select Catalogue menu
  3. Select the contract in the contract list section
  4. Change the Support Level
  5. Configure
