Change Support Level [FR]
Overview
At any time The Client can change the support level to Bronze, Silver or Gold.

Prerequisites
- The Client has valid access to the Cloud Customer Space. If that is not the case The Client follows instructions in the Cloud Customer Space to reset the login credentials.
- The Client understands the offers of the support levels on the service description / Support and coaching
- The Client understands the pricing grid
Change support level (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
The Contract Referent accesses the Customer Cloud Space.
- Log in to l’espace Client Cloud
- Select Catalogue menu
- Select the contract in the contract list section
- Change the Support Level
- Configure
