What is it? 

When your organization needs to manage several Flexible Engine domains you can use a specific login called “partner login” which gives you extra features like new domain creation. 

When you request such login to your OBS sales contact, you can now request the “partner login management” option – this will allow you to create yourself new “partner logins” for other members of your organization.
