The objective of Flexible Engine support is to respond to incidents related to infrastructure services: availability of the platform, services, APIs…

(1) A P3 incident is a minor problem with a limited impact on the customer’s business and a possible workaround

(2) A P2 incident is a major and permanent loss of services affecting operations significantly, with no possible workaround

(3) A P1 incident is a complete and permanent loss of services with a severe business impact with no possible workaround

Coaching and support
