Orange Business announces some limitations on available reserved instances (RI) or flexible reserved instances (RFI) starting from February 2024.
RI or RFI
Starting from February 2024, it will no longer be possible to order reserved instances (RI) or flexible reserved instances (RFI) of 1 year with upfront, 2 years, 3 years, 5 years with or without upfront. Only 12-month reserved instances without upfront are available for order. The Flexible Engine online pricelist is available for viewing.
Orange Business also disabled the possibility of transferring a reserved instance from one contract (tenant) to another. It is still possible to cancel a reserved instance on one contract (with the application of penalties) and subscribe to a new one on another contract.
