Terminate Your Cloud Avenue Contract

To request the termination of your Cloud Avenue contract, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Cloud Customer Space via Cloud Customer Space.
  2. Go to the Contract Details section and click Terminate Contract.
  3. Confirm your request to terminate the Cloud Avenue contract.
  4. Once confirmed, your contract and tenant will enter a Suspended status for a minimum period of one month. During this time, confirmation emails will be sent to all relevant stakeholders.
  5. On the first day of the following month, the termination status will automatically change from Suspended to Terminated.

Important Notes

  • The termination section is visible only to accounts with the “referent” permission.
  • The Suspension phase means you can no longer edit workloads, but you can still copy your data and configuration. Billing stops as soon as the suspension begins.
  • The Terminated status represents the final and irreversible deletion of all customer resources. Once terminated, there is no rollback possible.
