Terminate Your Cloud Avenue Contract
To request the termination of your Cloud Avenue contract, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Cloud Customer Space via Cloud Customer Space.
- Go to the Contract Details section and click Terminate Contract.
- Confirm your request to terminate the Cloud Avenue contract.
- Once confirmed, your contract and tenant will enter a Suspended status for a minimum period of one month. During this time, confirmation emails will be sent to all relevant stakeholders.
- On the first day of the following month, the termination status will automatically change from Suspended to Terminated.
Important Notes
- The termination section is visible only to accounts with the “referent” permission.
- The Suspension phase means you can no longer edit workloads, but you can still copy your data and configuration. Billing stops as soon as the suspension begins.
- The Terminated status represents the final and irreversible deletion of all customer resources. Once terminated, there is no rollback possible.
