Service Zone DNS
Overview
DNS is freely accessible in the service zone.
It allows private (Cloud Avenue services) and public DNS resolution.
Functionalities
Depending on the need for each VM two options are available:
- Access to private resolution only DNS servers (only resolving Cloud Avenue and Enablers services): the authoritative servers.
- This option allows a VM to be able to use local services while not being able to access Internet.
- Access to the public resolution as well as the above private resolution: the recursive servers.

For each option, two servers are available (primary and secondary).
Service access
Access to the service requires configuration of a NAT access to the Service Zone.
Authoritative servers are accessible through IPs:
- 57.199.209.207
- 57.199.209.208
Recursive servers are accessible through IPs:
- 57.199.209.220
- 57.199.209.221
