Our certification plan is ambitious: our teams are relying on nearly 500 technical certifications and manufacturers in more than 115 different categories (vMware, Oracle, NetApp, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, MCTS, PRINCE2, etc.).

Our operations teams are continuously trained and follow formalized and homogeneous procedures in accordance with the ITIL library.

The Customer Support Center (CSC) is available 24/7/365. It is interfaced with the web portal and works in close collaboration with the Customer Service Manager. Each CSC has visibility on all infrastructures and associated services. Support is provided in French and English.
